"Pretty happy with this for my dry skin"
Pretty happy with it, honestly. I’ve been using the Kiehl’s cream for a few weeks now, and my face feels way less dry than it did before. It also doesn’t leave that greasy feeling, which is a big plus for me.

I picked this up from kiehls.com when I was in the mood to treat myself a little, and I’m happy with it overall. The size feels decent for the price, and it actually lasted me longer than I expected even though I used it most days. My only small complaint is that the bottle could be easier to use when you’re trying to get the last bit out.

Kiehl's was easy to use. The product pages were clear, checkout didn’t drag on forever, and the site actually loaded fine on my phone, which apparently still feels like a small miracle these days. I’ll admit I wasn’t thrilled about the price at first, and I still think it’s a bit more than I wanted to spend. But it really does last a long time, so in the end I guess it’s worth the money for me.

"Surprisingly Didn’t Upset My Sensitive Skin"
My skin gets irritated if you so much as look at it wrong, and plenty of creams love to make my face sting for no good reason. I ordered from Kiehl’s, and so far, the products have actually been calm on my skin, which is more than I can say for a lot of other brands. No redness after using it, so that’s a win. Shipping was fine too, thankfully nothing dramatic there.

"Worth it if there’s a promo"
I ordered from Kiehl’s during one of their discount promos, that’s probably the only time I’d bother buying because the prices feel much better. The code worked at checkout without making me jump through hoops, thankfully, and they threw in a few free samples too. Shipping took a few days, which was fine, though I’m not exactly patient when I’m waiting for stuff. No real complaints overall — I just wait for sales now.

I’ve been using Kiehl’s for a few weeks now, and I’m happy with it. I had a feeling it might be a good fit for my skin, and I’m glad I trusted that instinct. "My skin seems to get along with it"
I’ve ordered from Kiehl’s a few times now, the ingredients are a big part of why I keep going back. Things like squalane, calendula, and avocado oil just seem to sit well on my skin without causing any drama.
I also appreciate that most of the products aren’t overly scented, which is a plus for me. They’re definitely not the cheapest, and I don’t expect every single product to be perfect, but overall the formulas feel thoughtful and my skin seems happy with them.

The website didn't just throw up constant errors while trying to check out, i was actually charged twice. it's been 3 days and no word re my £300!

Is there anyway i can get my money refunded.

I would like to know why--as mentioned above--kiehls.com tries so hard to market promotions to potential customers and then refuses to take our money. do you have a blacklist? and if not, can you prove you don't? because that's certainly what it feels like. the number of reviewers who have faced similar problems should really give whoever is in charge pause.
