"Excellent experience"
I'm a new client of Kiehl's and I have had a excellent experience with them so far.
Very helpful live chat with the skincare consultant who helped me and suggested me the right products for my skin.
My order arrived in a week and nothing was missing.

"Great Skincare"
This is the best skincare product I've ever used. It helps my skin better more than what I expected. Definitely repurchase this thing again.

The website didn't just throw up constant errors while trying to check out, i was actually charged twice. it's been 3 days and no word re my £300!

I would like to know why--as mentioned above--kiehls.com tries so hard to market promotions to potential customers and then refuses to take our money. do you have a blacklist? and if not, can you prove you don't? because that's certainly what it feels like. the number of reviewers who have faced similar problems should really give whoever is in charge pause.
